Shipping policy

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

We'd love to answer any questions you have! Please allow 24 hours for customer service to respond to your email. Any emails sent outside of business hours will be answer the following business day. Any emails sent after 3 pm EST

Friday will be answered on Monday.


PAYMENTS

Payment is due at the time of checkout.


SHIPPING

Orders will ship out within 3 to 5 business days. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, pre-orders, and mail exceptions beyond our control.

  • If you make an additional order within 24 hours, your shipping will be FREE. And if that’s not enough, there is also FREE Shipping for any orders over $99.
  • If a pre-order item and an in-stock item are purchased on the same order, we will wait to ship both together. If you would like to pay separate shipping so your in-stock item will be shipped immediately, please send us an email at customercare@azzydistinctstyle.com


RETURN POLICY

  • Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY!
  • All returns or exchange orders will incur a restocking fee for the original shipping amount if the recipient did not pay shipping on the original order.
  • Unworn and unwashed merchandise with tags attached(excluding accessories and sale items) can be returned within 14 days from the day you received them.
  • Sale items, and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. (This includes FLASH SALE items!) Accessories include shoes, handbags, scarves, undergarments(leggings, biker shorts, etc) and jewelry. Sale items are considered 25% or more.


Pre-orders are considered final sale.

* You may return 3 items per month. After you reach the limit, if you choose to return an item(s), we will process your return with a 20% restocking fee for each item over the 3 item maximum.

* All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If items have makeup, deodorant, hair, or other stains, you will not be given store credit, and you will be invoiced for the shipping cost to send the items back.

* If an item you received is damaged or incorrect, pleaseemail us at customercare@azzydistinctstyle.com


ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLED ORDERS:

Please make sure you carefully review your order before placing it. Our shipping department works very fast to pull orders and ship them once order are placed. Because of this, double check that all sizes are correct and you definitely want your items before submitting your order because no changes can be made once your order is placed.


WRONG ADDRESS:

  • We do not take responsibility for orders that are delivered to the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to double check the shipping address before the order is placed. If the wrong address is given, it is not our responsibility.

 

LOST/STOLEN ORDERS:

  • Azzy’s Distinct Style Boutique is not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen. Please contact USPS with questions regarding your package once it leaves our facility.



DAMAGED ITEMS:

  • All damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. Please email us a photo of the damaged item. If it's been longer than 3 days, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
